Serials/ warez /cracks on one's webspace...
is it okay with the rules?
Note, I'm not referring to posting such things on the forum.

I am not considering making a site for such things, I just want to know weather I should make it against the rules of my forum.
I try to give users the utmost freedom possible.

Definately not! Please don't allow anything like warez, serials or cracks.

If we find any of these on your account, you will be terminated immediately. It is your responisibility to moderate your forum, and you are responsible for everything in your web space, including the forum postings.

ha ha, didnt you read the TOS it states no Warez illegal stuff.
