It's there to prevent people from making websites solely for download. But as long as not many people download it and you certainly don't use it for another website (hotlinking), then I have no problem with a 60Mb file.

haha. sure. no one would bother to hotlink it anyway...
And I uploaded it onto a Free file hosting host already. So everyone has 2 choices
