I don't understand how they could take down Razorback2. It hosted no files, except for a directory of ed2k hashes and links, and a ed2k indexing service. It had NO illegal files on the server itself as far as I know. Could it be that someone was using it for something other than ed2k and THAT is why they are in trouble and the servers were seized? That's the best explanation I can come up so far, because many countries have already said that if they want to take down ed2k servers, they also have to take down Google, MSN Search, and others. |

From what you told me I understood that they didn't do anything about illegal content (95-100%most of the files). They did make a lot of money from it. Google does try to ban websites with illegal content or even websites that breach copyright laws(you can report them to google and other search engines). |
