God does want good sex, that's something my pastor pointed out once. He said too often we try to push God out of the bedroom, but God created us, and he didn't give us sexual organs to not use.

I'm not particularly religious (well, I'm not actually religious at all) but I really don't understand what the perceived problem with sex is. Why is it a sin to make love to a woman? (or man... better stay politically correct here)?
I can see the point that they want you to have a regular partner and be doing it "for the right reasons" but why is it wrong for two consenting adults to have sex for fun? Is it supposedly a sin if you don't love the partner?

you're in luck. God doesn't say that.
Just don't confuse mercy with tolerance. Jesus ate with sinners, loved sinners, but didn't tolerate sin.
one thing that does help your sex life is exercise.. i went out of exercise because i got injured... i noticed a drop in performance..
im not saying you have to train loads... but doing some exercise 3 times a weeks and you will notice the difference.... better stamina etc..
you really should be exercising anyway..
also if you fitter your more active in bed and sex can become a form of exercise....

My girl knows some exercise that is suppose to help sexual performance. I dont really know if its true or not thought because shes always amazing
