I believe that is him after "drooping the bomb" on some idiot who didn' believe him.
....does no one know how this works!? SOmeone posts an extremely hilarious picture with the words O RLY? embedded into it, then someone posts an even funnier picture with the words YA RLY! embedded into it, and once it starts dying someone posts a picture with the owrds NO WAI embedded into it.
