Try adding a <meta> tag to the <head> section of the page, something like this:
Code:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ISO-8859-9">

This is a quite useful thing, as everybody will see the correct letters, no matter what their browsers' language settings are.

As Bonding says

Enderwiggin, your pages should be showing fine. Maybe your php script isn't working with the new apache version. Please create a new thread if there is still a problem with it.

Still i have no idea what am i going to do?
Is it apache?
Bondings
The apache version changed so that might have caused some problems with scripts and such.

Your problem is most likely related to charsets and hence it would be a good idea to try to put that meta tag in the html head.

i added to meta.php
header ("Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-9");
?>
