These are some things that will not be allowed in the Marketplace
- Gmail accounts (Free or not)
- 30gigs Invites
- Selling your webspace to mirror files (it's breaking the ToS)

it's spam, and it's free anyway, so asking people to pay for an invite isn't really that good an idea, no one was actually buying them any more either,

Yeah, good point - sorry, should have checked that. I edited my post because n0obie's got a more comprehensive link list. The point being that the invites aren't required anymore, so you're not allowed to sell them. Are we allowed to sell links to people like as a link for a free .info domain for something like $10FRIH? Such as when I make a post and some one wants to buy the link and they send a pm and buy the link then I send the link as a pm. Is that allowed because the link is secret?

Actually in frihost, you must sell your stuff using frih$ only.
If you want to sell it using actual money, then what you can do is, advertise your site alone here, and then in your site, you can offer your stuff for real money using paypal or something etc
I think that is your best option..

This is allowed - check out some of the marketplace threads - several people sell advertising space in this way.
But if the full game is free like www.trackmanianations.com

I don't see why not... but this will most likely break the TOS of your Yahoo account. However, as Star Wars Fanatic has said, I don't think it will be a very successful venture. Particularly since there are several free file hosts available.
Remember though that you can not resell any of your Frihost resources.I have two scenarios which are legal / illegal here?

Illegal is a bit strong, but neither of these actions are allowed on Frihost. You are not allowed to use referral systems or links through the Frihost forums at all - this is why it is described as "direct or indirect" in the forum rules.
You are allowed to put your referral links on your own website, but this forum may not be used for any referral systems.what about if i set up my own site about it, but paid people frih via frihost.
im guessing this too is not allowed.

I would say that no, it's not still in effect. However, we'll put a few terms on it:
If you sell domains (of any extension) then the following must be made clear before the sale:
- Domain Period (eg. full 12 months, or remainder of previous ownership)
- Full Control? (will the user have full DNS control, or is it a redirect-only?)
- Terms at the end of the sale period (will the user be given first-refusal to continue with the domain?)

No and No, I'm afraid. The only currency you can trade in on the Frihost forums is FRIH$. You could, however, advertise the domain on your Frihost site if you wanted. You could also advertise it in a marketplace post and your sig if you were selling the domain for FRIH$, but I doubt you'd be interested since you're looking for real money for it 
On a personal note, I think it would be fairly pointless advertising a domain for sale for real money on the Frihost forums anyway - Sedo is quite expensive because of their processing fees, and pretty much everyone on the forum is here for free hosting making it doubtful they would have a lot of money to spend on this kind of thing, or they wouldn't want to spend that kind of money. But that's my non-moderator opinion.

Would everybody please read the clearly outlined rules and TOS for Frihost I am almost frightened to mention that you had to agree to them in the EULA before even getting an account)? I such a simple thin were done, alot of spam could be avoided.
