It's american... The American flag is red white and blue.... but the british is also red white and blue.... you didn't put the both option on there... 
That is because I'm not intrested in people that think it's both, lol.
i say british...but i dnt noe y lol, maybe coz i like them better

Generally, the "Red White and Blue" has come to be associated with the USA. I think I'd associate the "Union Jack" with the british flag more than anything else. 
Yeah when you think about The red white and blue the first thing that pops into your mind is the american flag, and i'm pretty sure that most people don't even know what the british flag looks like, let alone think about it.
What about these other countries that aren't in the list of choices on the poll ?

Don't forget Australia.
It just seems that whenever I hear red, white, and blue I instantly think America... perhaps it's just that I am American, but it just doesn't feel right for British.

I thought it rather humourous when once, on July 4th I saw someone wearing a patriotic pin that just so happened to be also a russian flag.
