AJAX
There are some reasons why I do NOT post my suggestions in teh s3cr3t ph0rum...
.
http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=348995
.
Please do install some of the features..I'm sure Bondings is smart enough to know which ones to remove.
Yes, we all know Bondings is some SEO freak
. But..please?
Anyway, there's a built in broswer detecter thingy, so if the useragent is "GoogleBot", it won't use AJAX ;\.

Yeah, but it's sooo cool.
Seriously, it would change some forum features considerably. And where I've used it it has seemed to be pretty slick.
But then again, it has its downsides...

@ marston
That mod detects if your broswer uses javascript. If it doesn't, you will not use AJAX.

Ipb uses ajax and it is pretty cool , it would be nice to have it here too
AJAX is nice! We want AJAX!
AJAX is sexy, as is Ruby on Rails. For some cool things AJAX can do, check out this site and go to the "demos" section: script.aculo.us
Please add Ruby on Rails to Frihost.

1. AJAX doesn't need us to install anything additional.
2. Ruby on rails does.

Help!
I don't know what SEO means!!
Can someone tell me?
(And don't misunderstand me, I am a geek, at least a little one, even if I don't know what SEO is. Just to prove it I have "written" this whole post in binary code, and to prove that I am not a points cheater, I have quoted it

yah i know, I wasn't referring to ajax when i was talking about installing stuff, I just wanted to give a plug for RoR
you know, Ajax should only be used on some places that does not need search engine
for not, I only think Ajax should be on chat, shoutblock or what ever

Well, search engine views these forums logged out. And if you view this forum logged out, you'll get the most beautiful theme ever.
Well, search engines can't login, and the AJAX features only come in when you login.
