[Java] Top-Down Menu bar tweak.

I use a top down menu bar on my site, looks good and all except sometimes when you mouseover it it doesn't disappear depending on where the mouse was.. You can see an example at my site (SIGNATURE). I use the back button alot and that's shwn it seems to cause most problems ... here's the java script .js file: Ill try to reduce insigificant parts.

Personally, I frown at JavaScript dropdown menus. You should use CSS and only use JS to invoke the :hover pseudo-selector for tags other than <A> in IE.
