Need a web template, I'll spend up to...

I would like to buy a template for my website. I will spend up to however much Fri$ I have when the deal goes through. I would like it to look professional but not to stiff (don't worry if you don't know what I mean by this).
I would like it to be very easy to edit, to add links, etc. I have never used a website template before and so have no idea what it will all involve.
I would like it to be black/white.

I would like it to be made before the next week or so (if this is possible).

If anybody knows where to get good templates for free i would also appreciate this.

Well to edit it all you would need is photoshop since I would be sending you the psd file. Then photoshop editing is very easy just would basicly be cliking and adding the content. Also, just some basic html. The copyright can be removed. Since, it's one of my first templates ill sell it for 30 frih$, for 20 extra frih$ I can set it up for you.

Hey dude, this may not be what you want buy I recently discovered a program where you can make a website without having to use HTML but you can enter HTML if you would like. Check out this site!

I think it's a very good peice of software but at first just experiment with it, i'd spend a few days experimenting and seeing what you can do, then i'd make a website. You need to make a website on it and upload it to a host. It's quite easy to make aswell, i'm just a bit confused on the uploading but mine should be done soon. You can make your own layout too, you can just add a banner and place it wherever you want, and make a text box and make a background on it and then make a new text box with writing in and put it on top, it looks like you have a layout!

www.lethaltemplates.com < they have some pretty good templates FOR FREE, and all you need is photoshop to edit them, also... if you want a good tutorial,
