Not really,
I got a nice P4
It's never show blue screen except if using a non compatible hardware ... over all it's a nice one

i have no idea which kind of Pc it is but if it is new and has bluescreens i guess you have a problem wih the Ram. Another thing that happens sometimes is a too weak power supply which makes the computer unstable.
normally CPU (if not overclocked and not too hot) and HDD are Ok
So check the Ram try to use only one if you have two

If they are referring to Tiny brand PCs then it doesn't surprise me, they make shockingly bad computers.
