Can I set up a PHP chat page on your server? It would be used for max 10 people. Also the idea would be that it automatically updates the client every time someone writes something. Ideally the user could also post images. Does anyone know a PHP chat server that would be able to do this?

You are allowed to set up PHP on your account. For the pics there are certain mods that will allow a picture album.
I was a little confused about this too, so no photo albulm but chat rooms are o.k....cool.

Yes you can put both up.
