when i restart my pc scandisk runs for C drive,,, but every tme it also runs for e drive and doesnt endup ia always says crosslinked files and shows the file paths but then the pc gets stuck so evry time i have to quit scanning and it has caused many errors in my pc..

Format and re-install.
I think you should first backup all your files and do a surface test. If there are any errors, try to fix them with disk utilities. If the errors can't be fixed, buy a new HD and re-install your system.
