MSM Doesn't know a damn thing about India...

S3nd K3ys
I saw on the news last night that, after a bus or something caught fire, an angry mob attacked emergency vehicles and burned them.

Nothing like biting the hand that feeds you. (Or burning the hand that saves you)

Is that any way for a civilized country to act? That's almost as bad as the Iranians (and other radical Islamists) burning shit because of a stupid cartoon.

Seriously, what kind of mentality does it take to be that dumb that you would attack those that are trying to save you?

first of all u dont know damn thing about india,

Second u dont even know how the bus caught fire ,

now let me tell u the real story , the bus ran over a young woman , and then the angry mob set it to fire ,

why ?

cuz in india there is a lot of curruption and the guilty always manages to escape justice , so the people now try to take things in thier own hands,

i hope u will change ur point of veiw , when bush comes begging for freindship with India

That is an inevitable action, sad but necessary, when the gov does not do what is supposed to, it is mandatory for people to take action.

About the corruption I have to agree - There's a lot of corruption going on in India. But I do feel that that thepeople themselves are not acting wisely. I think the main problem with our country is the over population. people of maddening diversity and culture live here - people with different outlooks, people with dfferent manners. And there's lot of differences among people some of which has not grown any better with the dacdes and centuries.

many of the people have no jobs tp do. They lie around all day. These people along with the depressed and angry can easily be seduced by wicked politicians to revolt against the governments. But any government will only choke in these extreme situations. I doubt even the best administartion on the planet will be able to infuse peace and order for long. The whole country is like a group of people trapped in a burning house and each having their own way to get out....

We are civilised since 2500 years before birth of your Christ.
We were making cities in Indus Valley, when your ansesters were wondering naked in forests of Europe.

I do not think, you are still civilised. I have heard that US citizen were enjoying to loot the victims of Katrina desaster than helping them. Shocked

Quote:
NEW ORLEANS - At first it just seemed that the Wal-Mart in New Orleans’ Lower Garden District was doing a very brisk post-hurricane business yesterday: The parking lot was full; people were leaving with brimming baskets; and city police and firefighters were there as if to oversee it all.

But people weren’t going through the front door. They were squeezing between boards meant to protect the now-shattered glass from Hurricane Katrina’s winds. One man was packing his van so full of computers, televisions and DVD players that he had trouble closing the rear doors. One woman was carrying three jugs of laundry detergent in a city with no power to run a washer.

As in other cities devastated by Hurricane Katrina, as in so many past disasters elsewhere when crisis and chaos have replaced order and normalcy, an already beleaguered New Orleans was beset by looters.

And compare that to the mumbai floods , where normal people put thier lives in danger to save others , . i still remember one family gave cover to some 200 people in thier small house and fed them with all that they had ,

still we managed to get out of it , without any help from the GOV .within a Week the whole city was working like Normal . Not to mention the population of the City is more then 2 Crore

We indians have mastered the ART of making big with LESS Razz

Lol.

Anyway, if the US MSM reported that a bunch of Indians torched an emergency help van out of mob violence/anger, it was most likely because a lot of US is against the N-Deal and status of "Responsible Nuclear Power" that might be given to India...

Also, India has been see-sawing about the Report-Iran-to-the-SC issue before finally voting in favour of the US.

Hmm... talk about appealing to the public...
Devil
American politics go very Deep and surprisingly ,even the opposition contributes in this ,

last july when indian pm visited the Usa , bush surprised MR. Manmohan with the Nuke Deal , cuz it was not talked about before , and suddenly the change of heart of the Americans , who for 30 years were avoiding india getting this technology

now when india is at the brink of mastering this technology , Usa wants to just give it to us , just like that,

The real Reason behind this , was IRan , Usa wanted india to stop the Oil pipeline deal with Iran , cuz Iran badly needs that money , thats why they sold many oil wells to china and russia also , but the india.pakistan,Iran Pipeline would generate enough money for Iran to pursue Nukes .

now slowly usa dragged india into this , and now when india has twice voted against IRan , Usa now wants all indian fast breeders in the civilian list , which is very bad for india .

Remember john kerry also came to india , and he said he was in favour of india getting this technology , where in the usa his party is making a big comotion about the nuke deal , Rolling Eyes

I have two that are friends. (Not close, but friends). I also know at least a half dozen others. The two friends, (not related), have told me the reasons they left India. It wasn't good.
