I try to use this:
http://216.32.85.170:2222/
To access the options for my web space but all I get is
"Web page could not be diplayed"
(Note, it is not 404: Not found.)
http://216.32.85.170/config does not work either.
http://cp.frih.net is another dud...

I would very much like to access this so I can reset my password and re-create the DESTROYED my-sql database...
*Grumble Grumble Grumble*
I had just gotten it set up and was about to back it up...

This appears to be something that only affects me...

*tries on yet another computer*
Well, the first two links work now, but not cp.frih.net
That's good enough for me! If anybody else has this problem feel free to continue the thread, but I'm fine now.

do you use peerguardian2? because if you do, that's the problem, dunno why peerguardian is blocking that IP( I don't even know in what list is that IP being blocked).
n0obie4life
They all work.

http://216.32.85.170:2222/
http://216.32.85.170/config
http://frih.net:2222

Make sure you aren't using any blocking programs..

I would really like to have the cp.frih.net access back up... I'm behind a restrictive firewall and would like to have access to it through port 80. Do you guys know if there will be another cp.frih.net for us, poor frihoster under a restrictive firewall? Very Happy

thanks a lot
n0obie4life
http://frih.net/config/ --> that's another way Wink
mariohs
it redirects to http://frih.net:2222/ Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
n0obie4life
cp.frih.net is also a redirection Rolling Eyes

well, on this post, bondings says something about cp.frih.net as a proxy for DA in port 80... I think it's like a "cheat" for people who can't connect directly at port 2222. I don't understand much about this... but I could only connect throught cp.frih.net under the firewalls... I never got any of the redirects or sudomain.frih.net:2222 to work on my firewal...

[update] it's not MY firewall, it's my company's @#$@#%$ firewall [/update]

It took me a while to get the cp.frih.net working last time and I currently don't have access to my own computer so I won't be able to work on it till next week.

Please read that sticky topic on how to enter cPanel/Directadmin behind an irritating firewall Wink
mariohs
that's my point, it's the same sticky thread I posted before... the only way posted there that works for me is from Bondings post, which says to use cp.frih.net Crying or Very sad

I'll pray for the gods for him getting it back when possible Pray Pray Pray

I can't access the Control Panel at my workplace computers. I have used all the links that you guys provide and also from the Account page. What is the probable reasons for this..?

And they are using Fortinet & Squid Proxy in my network. Will this be a reason for the unavailability of the webpage..??

I think it's a firewall thing, but I did find a way to get past it for myself, don't know whether this will work for you too:

Maybe http://cp.frih.net/ might work. However it's mainly port 2222 and if your network blocks that port then it's pretty much impossible to get to DirectAdmin.

Also, please note that these are very old posts you replied to and the server (ip's) have changed by now. You should only use/try the links on your Account page.

First of all thank you Deanhills & Bondings for your prompt reply..

The cp.frih.net link is also not working for me.. I am able to login using this link, but when i click on any other links i gets logged off automatically.

@ Bondings i have already tried all the links in the Account page, but none of them are working.. Is it possible to access Direct Admin through any proxy websites..??

Maybe, but they can easily steal your password.

@ Bondings.. Oh..I didn't think of that problem..

@ Deanhills.. As you said i tried http://cpanel.nivinjoy.frih.net. But that too isn't working. So I think there is no way i can access Direct Admin at my workspace.
