It has been over a week and no one has said anything to me about my hosting? Do you guys still do hosting?

They aren't taking requests until mid-February. It's stated under the Web Hosting Information header on the forums page 
There was perviously a small backlog whcih recently increased after the server crashed and accounts previously created had to be recreated.
