I don't know if this feature is alreaady been added but I haven't received any emails telling me wether there are replies on my posts. This way we can easily keep track on our posts. On that email there is a link to the page of the reply of your post.

Yes, you tick the "Notify me when a reply is posted" box underneath where you type stuff.

You can still subscribe to a topic notifications by clicking "Watch this topic for replies" (at the left-hand bottom of the topic view page)

Make sure you are not blocking the E-mails as spam!
