one can download anygame.jar files onto a mobile device and then run on the mobile or rather play... is there a system to run/test these games on pc b4 uploading it to the mobile device. and is there any GUI to test the perl,cgi,php scripts on pc b4 uploading to webserver

Try downloading the Java virutal machine to test Java games...as for the CGI scripts and such, whats wrong with uploading them to a server and testing them that way. If they don't work its no big deal, just make sure you have a back-up of everything.
