Pittsburg!!! Good friggin game that's all I can say. It's the monkey off bill
cowher's back. It's the best sign off for the bus. they deserve it.
these are the my plays of the game:
2nd quarter:
- Big ben to Hines Ward 37 yrd pass on 3rd and 28
- Big Ben's TD on a classic bootleg
- Seahawks's Jackson should have been a TD, but hey sh** happens! but that could have completely changed the game
3rd quarter
- 75 yd TD by Willie Parker
- The huge pick on Big Ben
- Seahawks TD by Jeremy Stevens
- The biggest play of the game - Rendel El's TD Throw to Himes Ward. Honestly, for the lack of a better word I can only describe that play as perfect.
It was a great game. Hines ward MVP - how happy is he that he stuck with Pitt this year after threatening to leave!!! But the best thing is that big ben delivererd on his promise to to get the bus to the super bowl. Not only did he get him there, they won!!!
This Super Bowl was sub-par in excitement. I'm happy for the Bus, but for entertainment value, it was pretty piss poor :/
I am so happy the steallers one. It feels good to bring on to PA.
The Super Bowl XL game is very exciting!

Steelers are a great team to, always liked them too.
Yeah, I also wanted the Seahawks to win, but they had a combination of bad calls and bad coaching. They definitely should have gone for the run instead of the punt during the first quarter when it was 4th and inches. Pittsburgh did sort of deserve to win it, but you have to feel compassion for the Seahawks. Seattle doesn't have any good sports teams except for this year with the Seahawks. Pittsburgh, at least, has the Penguins. The Mariners are quite bad, and they don't even have a hockey team.
Yeah the refs were retarded and the game was very unexciting.
I'm going to say they were paid off...
if your going to congrat the Steelers for their win ur going to have to congrat the Refs... they won the game for the steelers by calling BS calls everytime the Seahawks made a great play.
There were a lot of touchy calls called on the Seahawks, but...

the seahawks were sloppy in their game. It almost seemed as if they weren't as prepared as they should have been. Their first couple of drives were better than the steeler's. Then they just seemed unhinged, especially in the second half. Yeah, they did have penalties on significant plays, but they still would have lost because they didn't have enough to beat the steelers.
It was their first trip to the super bowl and it showed!!! Better luck next time

Well, the Seahawks did play sloppy, a lot of the touchy feely calls against them hurt their game play. With the touchy feeling being called against the Seahawks, you aren't able to play the style that you are used to.
Anywaysm off topic here, the interesting thing was that this Super Bowl was the second highest rating one. Which is really suprising considering I really thought this Super Bowl was boring as heck.
Yea I liked last years better. With the Eagles and the Patriots.
Two teams that almost went undefeted. Plust this years commercials sucked. Nothing like last year.

i think the seahawks had their win stolen from them. the refs were biased and didin't make any calls for the seahawks. all the calls were made in favor of Steelers. There were so much holding that wasn't called against the steelers, but everytime the seahawks had one, the ref "happen" to see it. their touchdown should hav counted as well if not for that push off call. in any other game, that touchdown would have counted. anyways.....
the commercials were a big dissapointment as well. they weren't as funny as i thought they would be. there were a lot of boring ones. I can't beleive they paid 2.5 mil per 30 sec slot. the biggest waste of bling 
I watched this game and I really think that the refs calls were really bad. The worst I have ever seen before. I do like the steelers but I really think the seahawks would have won if those referees knew what they were doing.
As for the commercials... I still laugh whenever I see Bud Light's commercial with the revolving door and the magical fridge. For those of you who didn't see this commercial you must see it. Actually, some of the commercials were quite amusing, such as most of the Careerbuilder.com commercials, especially the one where they added on the tidbit about the jackasses. I also liked the sheep streaker commercial, but most of these commercials required viewing of previous Superbowl commercials.
The Seahawks got jipped outta a win They did pretty damn good but the refs. had some stupid calls...but meh crap happens gratz to pitsburg...this is when the popular phrase "We'll get 'em next year" comes in. If the Seahawks make it to the Super Bowl again, hopefully they'll win...*crosses fingers*
Glad the Steelers won, I had a feeling that they would win. I had them winning all the way. Even though that the touchdown did fall short, they probably still would have scored on 4th down. Some of the commericals were kinda funny, but they were a lot better last year.
It wasn't an exciting game at all. It felt more like a mid season inter conference game. There were a lot of sloppy mistakes and not many good plays. The officiating was sub par for sure, but didn't totally result in the Seahawks losing. If Seahawk far outplayed the Steelers in the first half, but still they were behind 7 - 3. If your offense can't score when the defense is doing their job, that's a problem. It could have been better, but there's no chaninging that now. At least Bettis retired so we don't have to watch a 255 _ lb guy with asthma trying to run in the fourth quarter any more.
