What do the titles Junior Frihoster, Moderator, etc. mean?

As far as I know they are just that titles, and you get new titles depending on the amount of posts you have. Ex you have 1 post your title would say noobish frihoster, 100 would say be wannabe frihoster, 200 would be say frihoster. Please note that most of those are not the actual titles 
And moderator simply means that they have the abuilty to close topics, open topics, suspend accounts ect.
And if your wondering about this admin title basicly allows you to control the forums and do anything you want to them I.E changing skin from the current one now to say black or somthing like that.

So I don't get any powers with new titles. It sounds like only moderators have powers and other titles are just ceremonial.
Only Moderators, Junior Admins, Administrator, Founder have powers.
The rest are just made for the fun of it.
