Anyone know how to code these? or know where to get one that doesnt need MySQL? if this isnt possible just tell me, sorry if this is a stupid question(the no MySQL part)

well it is possible to store them in a plain text file, altough i feel bad that i can`t tell you how to do it as i work with databases only. But Frihost offers database support *DOH* so it is easier this way.

I created my own shoutbox, started yesterday and finished a moment ago. You can see it in my home page, http://www.samisaada.frihost.net/, and download it in my Downloads -page.
There isn't any admin-page right now, and shoutbox can be edited, when you just remove line in txt-file.

I think there is a way but I forgot if it took up one of my MySQL databasses but after thinking about it I dont think it did so here it is... Go to Google and search up for Free Shoutboxes like www.yellbox.com I never used this one before since I never use shoutboxes but since the WoW Private Server I go to as GM uses it I guess it is good... Lots of people spam in shoutboxes that is why I dont like it... They also impersonate you which is annoying when your in my position...
In that case your gonna need a hosted shoutbox. www.shoutmix.com
