If I have only 200.000 Euros I´ll buy a House.

I´m 30 years old, and I lives with my parents. I can not to buy a House on Spain. It a alot of money, and I must to talkwith a bank a bout a credit for 50 years!!!!!!!!!!!! 50 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People are CRAZY!!!!!!

I´ll finish pay it with 80 years!!! ( if I live when I have this age).

So, now only buy records, and more records to spent the time....... I Love musisc. (it´s my way!)

How much is a house on your COUNTRY?

Well at the metropol (Montreal, Quebec) the houses are horribly expensive. About 200,000$ CAN for a little house. But where I live, far from it, a normal house costs about 100,000$ CAN... I think that's ok. I'm in agree that world is crazy - who would buy a house at such a price... I hope you'll be able to get one (Good luck!)
