Ok, i am making sigs, but they will be a bit more than some of the others ive seen, but IMO they are better. so, 10-20 Fri$ depending on the render/picture given, if you give me what you want on it, i.e. a star wars sig, and do not give a picture it will only cost 10 Fir$, i will need this information:

i will need some way to contact you, whether it be AIM or PM on this site, i WILL need some way of contact, and it can take anywhere for a week or less to two weeks or more... so yes, the Time is very varried and so are the prices. starting at 30 Frih$ i can make a pretty simple site. I can do some simple coding.... to get you started, but Polls, Forms, and Shoutboxes, i cannot do, basically some affiliate bars and Content, thats about it... but CODING WILL COST MORE depending on how many pages. I get all copyright privlages for the Template.... eventually i will have Pre-Made templates varrying in Price, but for now, its going to be a while.... i dont have any of my work saved to my drive at the moment, but I will make a template ASAP and get a picture of it up...
