I'll finish Calculus III MultiVariable by this summer (I finished Calculus II last summer). Therefore, I do not think I will need any Calculus Books. I will be an Entering Freshmen next year majoring in Computer Engineering and Computer Science.
Any engineering, music theory. statistics, physics, and programming books you do not want to keep or use, please donate it to me. I'll be using it as long as I did not learn the material already. PM me and I'll give you my mailing address. If you have AP books, please donate them to me and I'll give them to my younger siblings.
Oh, those who have taken engineering courses... What books will you recommend me.
If you selling an AP book, I'll pay you in FRI$.
Yes... I am that cheap that I won't even buy the book. I've taken a Calculus II course over the summer at Tufts University and I did not even buy a book for that class. I visit the Boston Public Library if I feel I need to do problems. The library has the first edition, but I had to use the fifth edition. I never asked a classmate because I did not know them. The most helpful resources are online math tutorials. I got a 4.0 in the class.
I wonder if Calculus is that easy for everyone. I stopped visiting the library after the day when the orange line had to use shuttle buses... One midnight, I got lost on my home and had to wait for hours at the Museum of Science for my mother to pick me up. It's a hassle and I'll probably will not be doing that again.
Do not throw those college books away.
Thank you,
Simon Tang
