Morbid murder last nighty in my city

In city of Vinkovci, Eastern Croatia (Eastern europe), last night bizzar murder happend.

Two thiefs break into house but owner was there. He take his hunting rifle, shoot one thief and wound other. When man take off dead thief mask, he saw he's nephew!!!

Hes nephew was a junky and with friend planed that night robe onkel house to get some money for dope. But plan fails, with tragic result.

As the stupid law in my country is, man will be probably spend in jail some time for killing man (thief). Thats crazy, he just defend his own house....

It's ridiculous that you aren't allowed to use force to defend yourself against an intruder. Absolutely daft. And the fact that you can end up spending more time in jail than them is just a joke. Evil or Very Mad

'use force to defend yourself' is absolutely different to 'kill the thieves with a shotgun'.

If you can't tell the difference, you go to jail for murder. What is it that you can't get?

It's getting scared out of bed by an undetermined unknown force with unknown intentions for unknown reasons stupid.

If you force your way onto my property without warning I will dispatch you to your creator twice to be sure, if my Dobermans don’t get to you first. Then I wont have to by so much damned dog food….

You can send my stupid lily white Irish ass to jail for the rest of my life before you flip a coin to see if my wife gets raped or a kid gets swiped!

Anyway, this was probably some old man that knew he had two shots at best. I'd like to expose your selfrightious buns to a pinch of combate and see what you think then about "controled force".

A person should have the right to defend his home. Those bloody robbers are the ones who should be punished.

A homeowner should only be punished if he like.....hit the guy 1000 times with a baseball bat. If he happened to kill him with one blow on the head, thats just bad luck for the robber to me. People need to understand that when adrenaline kicks in, self control isn't exactly in place.
