Who, or where do you want it transferred. If you are transferring it to another person then they need a Paypal account too. If you want it transferred to your bank account then you must enter your bank account and send the money there.
Depends on what you want to do. If you want cash in your pocket you have to have a bank account attached to your paypal account. I think you can also use paypal to pay bills too.
i have no idea, anyway, how can you know how much money you have there?
You click on the "withdraw" tab near the top. You can have it transfered to your bank account wich takes a few days to process and is free or you can have them send you a check, which has some sort of fee I believe.

It should tell you when you are at My Account area how much you have.
Paypal has a Withdraw tab,
You can submit your Bank account info to them and ask them to do an electronic transfer...
Alternatively u can also ask them to Send it by check/ bank draft....
Money orders are also possible but they might charge additional fees to do the same.....
Even though its your money you pay them to get paid ....Pretty insane huh...

Even though they charge you to take payments I find that Paypal is one of the most useful things on the web. I have one of the Paypal debit/credit cards and use it everywhere. Provided I have an auction listed on eBay I get 2% cash back and can directly spend my paypal funds with no fees and immediately.
