I think, it will better, if related forums are merged. "Computer problems and support" & "Computer software and hardware" are being used for almost same purpose. The same case is with "Design tips" & "Scripting". I know, "Computer Problem and Support" and "Computer software and hardware" are created for different purpose, but if you see inside those forum topics, you will get no difference.
