I just got my quota to request hosting, what does this mean?

Note that you may get that nice looking skin or an ugly one depending on who your account creator is (afaik, morpheus and me have the nice looking skin).

wait so u already got hosting ? :O
is there a random way they look at appications ?
cuz i did mine 2 days before him and still havn't gotten it
of course i might just be special
