Rich Dad, Poor Dad etc.

Tiger
I read this book a couple of years ago, before giving it to a friend. Recently he gave it back to me, but he never really read it himself.

I was wondering if anyone else had opinions on this book. For me, a lot of what he says makes sense, but I think that too many people have misunderstood or taken it the wrong way.

I've heard tales of people who have read the book, then become too zealous or even 'militant' in its application.

I think that if some of the basic principles in this book and the sequels are carefully applied, then success is sure to follow. The book does not however give anyone advice to abuse others or take wild risks, which seems to be the common misconception.

All-in-all, I found it an inspirational read, well worth the price I paid for it.
