cant install it because it comes up with an error message at the end, the program is being used by another program so it cant access it, how can i find this program?

is the folder that the game is trying to install being used by another program? or perhaps a older installation of H.a.d.2
Does it back out of the install? If not, there's a (very slight) chance that it's installed, but couldn't configure one of the drivers, (or replace/access a file). That happened to me and after it finished "not" installing, it ran.

its neither of them, at 99% installation it displays and error message telling you to make sure the file is accessible, but its not and u cant retry otherwise it just displays it again, so you have to cancel it. but the file in use is the one the installation is creating.
i think i have a problem with windows installer. any1 know what i can do?
