I like it. It´s not as crowded as many forum users have. I would do something about the font though. It looks quite plain.

Not too busy or "insane-like". I agree about the font, though. Maybe bold it a lot and give it an outline or something? A shadow? I don't know...but the text needs something...

I like it looks good keeped it simple nothen to flashy

Try to duplicate the text layer and aplly a Gaussian Blur filter on the duplicated text layer to make a smooth transition to the background. But it looks nice already.
I like it, but you might try adding a border, just a thought though.

I like it alot man, nice job. I definetly gotta second the gausian blur idea, but not the border. And notice the signature of the guy who said it was to boring.
ya its a little boring.. but gimp isnt the best program for sigs.
