I was just wondering if you just make your own terms and conditions up? or if it has to go through someone? I am setting up a website where you can bid on things, and i need to tell them that postage loss or brrkage is not covered? Also copy right, how to i come across this?

About the TOS, yes you need to make it yourself. I suppose there are a few templates available on the internet. It doesn't really have to sound that legal, as long as it is clear and covers what you want, it should be ok.
