Hello pal, that website layout would'nt be hard to do. Using <TABLE> tags is helpful. I don't think you can make make curves and circles with TABLE tags. Are you using Macromedia Dreamweaver? It might help you in designing your site. Your 'TEXT HERE' is quite small and there's a lot of wide spaces around it, are you planning to surround it with images, then?
if u are a beginner, i wouldnt suggest curves
but if this is really what u want, then u would def hav to get hold of photoshopp for those curves, then save as pictures, and layer the pics where u want them to make up that image.

I'm sure it could be done very easily with tables.
The actual cell corners would still be right angles but a background graphic for the cells with round and cut off corners would make them appear to be round or 45 degrees.

I build my website in Photoshop and then slice / code it in Dreamweaver. Works like charm to me. Check it out here.
If you plan on going html, i don't think its possible, witht he curves and all. If your planning on using photoshop, because you have it. It would be possible, and pretty easy to do.
