does anyone else here podcast? i have sort of a show i suppose. my site is http://thenec.blogpost.com or http://theneverendingcan.blogspot.com I hope you check it out and like it!!!
Podcasting?
I don't podcast. That might be a good idea for my machinima. That'd be really cool. As for watching podcasts...not too much. It's a nice idea though. It's like radio and TV on your iPod. Except they're not as good. Most of the time. No offense or anything.
There's a great looking article on About.com that covers how to do a podcast. Frankly, I'm intrigued that anyone with a computer, which is much of America and other industrtial nations, but not so much down and out tribal agricutltual nomadic peoples, can put WHATEVER they want on the web. It's crazy.
There's some freedom but lack of responsibility built in. I mean God will judge the heart but who's listening to all these podcasts?
Audacity? Is that waht you use?

Nice Site!
I don't podcast, but i Shoutcast. It's pretty popular. Most radio station uses it's system also. It's free and pretty reliable.
Maybe it might interest you. http://www.shoutcast.com
I like the idea of podcasting, it's a cool new creative outlet for people, a new source of media, but I've listened to maybe 3 of them.
Not 3 series of shows, three whole files total. I just don't have the patience for talk radio anymore. The only time I listen to my MP3 player where podcasts are ideally played, I'd rather listen to my music since it's right there.

I must admit I'm not sure of the difference between "podcasting" and "downloading an mp3 file". Can someone enlighten me?
Podcasts are awesome. I've listened to Five Minutes With Wichita and Nova ScienceNow.
