I recently made my website header and sidebar in flash - www.thecrib.be. By the way, it takes a long time to make something in flash, so you should consider raising the price a bit.
How much should I raise it? To about 70 or above 100?
It all depends on how big you want it, what kind of layout you want, how much animation, etc.
