when i try to access my control panel nothing comes up, says it cant find the page, and same when i go to my url, nothing comes up, is it down or something because it worked last night

I'm assuming you're on DirectAdmin, right?
Try logging in through http://frih.net:2222/ or http://cp.frih.net/ and see if it works.
