why arent they on frihost?
If you want a shorter url and stuff just use frihost and install phpbb.

Holy crap, that looks like the biggest RIP of the FriHost Forums! The boards are almost exactly the same! You've even got "request on account change" when your users don't even have accounts...

Yes.. Why don't you use the frihost? It's free and WORK.
Lets just say i got some stuff off of fri host and i was really really bored. so i made that. but the instaling php on my frihost account would be a good idea.
IPB cannot be hosted on frihost
i would reccomend phpbb, easyer to modify, and just plain beter. (my opinion)Other than the little rip off of the frihost forums, its not too bad. i think i might join up, see how it really is.

I am not good with phpbb so i just got an easy url. I am trying to learn action script now. so I might use frihost for that instead.

I currently install phpBB forums (plus Hacks) for ***free***. PM me if you want me to install one for you (I do NOT provide the webspace, you'll have to use your own).
***free*** meaning you don't have to pay me anything (although I'm not saying that you can't donate Fri$ to me
). A small copyright notice plus link will however be placed at the bottom of the if I install any mods, if I don't install any Mods then no additional copyright will be added. |
