I tried it before, It runs on IE or runs over or something, But I requires IE to work. So don't get it. It was good...., until I found out it was running with IE. then I switched over to Firefox. Which is still the best.

.well, if you are going for avant... then I would recommend you Maxthon as mentioned aboved.
It has the features of other browsers and there are alot fo skins to choose from.

As already said'it requiers IE on your pc, and generally, works the same...
Personally, I prefer Opera. A wonderful web-browser!
