I would like to know what is the real difference between the server one and two.

server one hast cPanel as control panel and server two has Direct Admin,
the subdomains for server one are: "domain".FRIHOST.NET
and for server two: "domain".FRIH.NET

correct! another difference is that server 1 hosts all accounts created before a certain and server 2 all those thereafter. So if get a account now you'll be on server 2
