What is Pr0
It's Google Pagerank. Updated every 3-4 months by google and is basically a logarythmic value of how many and how important sites are linking to yours. It doesn't really help you in the rankings but might be an indication of a popular website.
it also means, that site admins who care about their google position will refuse to put your url on their page.
high pr linking pages help in rankings, but low are bad.. becouse google treats them as less valuable
