If a cPanel account has 190megs used and one clicks 'generate full backup' in home directory where is the file stored?
full backup?
in the ROOT ROOT directory of you name (before public_html, www, private etc). It also counts I beleive towards your total space used so I download, burn to cd/DVD then delete from the site
To download a full back-up, log in to your ftp uploader/downloader.
Go to the ROOT, and right click on the Directory you want to back-up.
Then, Press: "Download" and voila

(note: i don't know how you download with other ftp uploaders, but this is for Filezilla)

I knew where the file would be located, thank you. Apparently I'm allowed over my quota to generate a backup.
