Anything from one minute to one week, your request was added to a que when you requested hosting, MODs and Admins filter through there manually, so just wait a bit and you will be PMed

LOL! Most users, when requesting tend to be anxious to get their hosting started. So, it usually will happens when they turn around and ask, "When". That is pretty much a natual stage in waiting for a request.
