I was just wondering if it was possible to download what i have uploaded back onto my computer? I had to reformatt my computer yesterday as i got a viruse, so is it possible to download it again?

use coreFTP and connect to ur host
on the right side window navigate to your direcrtory where u have uploaded ur files
select the files and folders u want
u will find a arrow see picture below

when u click it ur files on th server will be copied to ur computer
