Was this thread meant to be in reply to some other topic? Because ti seems to start from some random point of discussion about something else.
Something of an unfinished thought. Shame, it could be a potentially interesting debate in the making.
I did not clearify the term "double standards" deliberately to watch and let the people watch how 'civilised' people interpret this term. It was not the double standards of small business owners as a gentleman understood, talking about civilised nations it obviously means socio-political standards and it is not a funny thing to talk, it is the basic reason for the miseries of current society.
