I can't acces my cpanel.

http://www.blackheart.frih.net/config/ just doesn't work for me.

Have I missed something?

(Also, I have looked around and tried various methods suggested to others on the boards)

Soz if it's just something obvious, but I'm not as technical as I know alot of people here are.

(All I want to do is install phpbb, and if i just do it through ftp i get a messagre telling me frihost doesn't support the server type - i have tried all of them... and I think frihost does, no?)

Anyway, what should I do?

Yes, I can access my website (well, right now there's nothing to access - took everything off because I wasn't using it at the moment).
