Hey guys, I am using firefox (who isn't these days, eh?) and I was wondering what tools (addons/extensions) you all used (assuming your using firefox).
I currently use reloadevery, adblock (NOT to block frihost's ads, I swear), Auto Copy, Forecastfox and the google toolbar.
These are all great extensions, but I am looking for some more or even better ones.
On another note, firefox's popup blocker does NOT get every popup. So do you guys know of a good popup blocker that supports firefox?
ALSO, I know there are MANY tutorials and sites showing you how to tweak firefox to full performance (yes, I haven't tweaked it yet) and I was looking for some recomendations on good detailed sites on showing this.
So to sum it up:
1. Post the addons you use for firefox and why
2. If possible, list a better popup blocker
3. Link to a good tweak tutorial would be nice

I use faster fox to tweek the performance of firefox for me.
I use AdBlock FilterSet G. It's a set of filters that will block out ads. It works with AdBlock.
I use Colorful Tabs, Because it makes the tabs more colorful.
Oh, Forecastfox for sure. There is not much more enjoyable than to see, every hour or so, a little pop-up saying "It is 19°C in <enter your suburb here>.
Love Color Tabs. I also use SessionSaver & Tab Clicking Options.
Sessionsaver opens up a firefox window exactly as it was closed, even if it crashed. Means that I get to keep all my common websites up the minute I start up the browser.
Tab clicking options lets you do things like double-click the tab bar to open a new tab, or double-click a tab to close or reload it. Good stuff.
Copy Plain Text - Obviously, formatted copying sucks.
User Agent Switcher - Well, my useragent is "". Blank. I don't want people to know what broswer and stuff I use.
ShowIP - Show the current IP of the page I'm on.
Tab Mix Plus - wow. this one's too good to be true. Rename tabs, freeze, lock, etc
phpbb user hide - ignore users, i'm still waiting for the 1.5 version.
chatzilla - irc.
downthemall! - downloader :\.
you cant do firefox without mouse gestures....those are a nescessity. I love them and use them all the time

another great plug-in is "FoxyTunes"
its amazing.
lists the song, artist, all in your browser... and it will work for whatever music player you use [windows media, itunes, music match, win amp , even Yahoo music!]

Tab Mix Plus and configure it properly. With about:config disable popups by plugins.

Ah, thanks for the tips and links there gonzo. Also to everyone else for the suggestions. Going to give these addons and tutorials a look.
Forecastfox is pretty awesome. It even gives you severe weather alerts when there's fog or thunderstorms (or snowstorms if that kinda stuff happens in your area).
I also use FireFTP for quick in-browser FTPing so I don't have to bother to open up another client.

Perhaps you didn't read the title of the thread?? 
I use loads of the already listed ones, but also flashblocker. It auto blocks all flash applets and you need to click on them if you want to play them. I find them all on: http://addons.mozilla.org. @raver: off topic. see post S3nd K3ys
