recently, due to studying I've been away from gaming... So I'd like you to advise me on some game (either it may be an online game like kings of chaos, or a MS game, or a FPS game).

If you want an addicting game... try an MMORPG. I don't play them but they're pretty addicting. Sounds like world of warcraft is the most popular one these days.

Not because its a PC game but wtf.
The Mario Kart DS and Advance Wars: DS are really addictive games.

Most addicting game of all time for me is Diablo II. I still can remember the endless hack and slash and mouse-click bashing gameplay that Diablo II offered during its reign.
