Problem logging in to Cpanel and FTP

I have been tryin to log into my FTP and Cpanel for the last 3 days and everytime i go to the ftp address or the cpanel address it sas it cant find server.

Anyone else having same problem or am i just being REALLY thick. Wont make a change if I am.
