WS_FTP Pro Upload

I am attempting to upload my site using WS_FTP Pro 7.0. It is asking for

Host name: auto
UserID:
Password:
Account:

Is auto corrct for host name?
What is the account?
Next to UserID should I check the anonymous box?

Animal

Host Name will be "ftp.<your_domain>.frih.net"
User ID is your username (Tony The Tiger)
Password is your password
Account is a description set by you, for example "Frihost" so that you can select "Frihost" from a drop-down list instead of typing in all the details again every time you need to upload something.

No - don't check the anonymous box.
